Key Contributed to BRP's of Global Companies • Implemented Corporate Social Responsibility governance. • Launched and rolled out the CSR25 program, positioning the company as a leader in social responsibility. • Developed the governance structure and optimized donations and sponsorships. • Orchestrated the launch of flagship initiatives such as the Ride Out Intimidation corporate cause and the International Stand Up to Bullying Yellow Day program, generating broad internal and external engagement. • Modernized the CSR report in line with GRI, UNSDGs, SASB, and TCFD standards, and prepared for the European CSRD and integrated it into the annual activity report.

Key Achievements: • Significant contribution to the company's positioning among the Top 50 Canadian Most Responsible Companies in less than 3 years. • Ranking in the Top 10% of the Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB) in North America for 5 consecutive years. • Supported senior management in transforming CSR practices. • Implementation of working committees and co-created action plans around priorities such as carbon footprint reduction, DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion), and stakeholder engagement. • Development and implementation of a philanthropy policy, management of the partnership portfolio, and employee engagement programs.
Mandate: Develop the sponsorship strategy, optimize partnerships and maximize community impact. Manage a team of 11 people and a budget of $7.5 million. Key Achievements: • Transformed the SAQ's positioning toward a high-impact philanthropic sponsorship approach, aligned with its business strategy. • Defined and implemented a unifying corporate cause: food aid. • Increased revenue through the adoption of initiatives aligned with its marketing strategy and stakeholder engagement.
Mandate: Develop and execute the marketing and communications strategy for Six Flags – La Ronde and International des Feux, maximizing the park’s visibility and revenue. Responsible for marketing (individual and group ticket sales, promotions), communications, public relations, and customer service. Manage a team of 18 people and a budget of $2 million. Key Achievements: • Launched an innovative pricing system focused on fairness (prices based on size), increasing accessibility and attendance. • Developed the first marketing campaign tailored to the Quebec market. • Led the working group to develop concepts for new children's rides tailored to the Montreal market, generating increased customer satisfaction.
Mandate: Manage sponsor visibility on the event site, develop sales for the Rogers Cup and ensure the growth of the Tennis Canada brand. Spokesperson for the event's popular component. Key Achievements: • Organization of sponsor services through the implementation of a database. • Development and effective management of major partnerships, transition of title sponsors. • Launch of an exclusive individual box service, generating significant new revenue. • Significant increase in ticket sales through innovative marketing strategies. • Promotion of the event as a spokesperson to stakeholders and (non-sporting) media.
Mandate: Support financial services players in developing and disclosing ESG strategies that comply with international frameworks and regulatory requirements (ESG Report, Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD)).
