At Grupo Zeta, one of Spain’s largest media conglomerates, I served as Secretary of the Board and Head of Legal & Corporate Affairs, overseeing governance and compliance across more than thirty-five subsidiaries. Later, as CEO and Managing Director of Zeta Studios, I led the company’s transformation, driving restructuring, international expansion, and profitability improvements. In the technology and fintech fields, I was General Secretary of Strands Inc., a U.S.-based AI software company, advising its international Board and managing legal affairs across Europe, the Americas, and Asia. I also contributed to the growth of Footters, an OTT sports platform, defining its corporate and procurement framework, and I am currently Founder & CEO of Vackstage, a multi-award-winning music streaming and production platform recognized for its innovation in the creative industries.
