Revitalized employee engagement from its lowest point by launching an employee-participation video campaign within two months of joining. Designed and produced internal videos featuring real employees, accelerating cultural momentum and trust. Reinvented the President’s townhall into interactive “Ask & Answer” sessions, strengthening transparency and leadership accountability. Transformed an underutilized Yammer platform into a live executive dialogue hub, significantly increasing leadership visibility and employee voice. Introduced Agile methodologies into communication workflows to improve speed, alignment, and execution quality.
