I have offered the Investment Readiness programme for many years and have helped startups to be fully prepared to seek capital from angel investors, grant organisations and venture funds. The sessions are based on common questions and challenges facing impact oriented entrepreneurs that start to look for funding for their ventures. I found that many entrepreneurs had learnt how to “pitch” their businesses, but often lacked the ability to follow-up with the right documentation and how to negotiate and follow-up a process. My coaching provides practical tools and advise on how to: - build the company's financial model - set the valuation of your company - choose among different financing options - ensure that you have the legal agreements that you must have in place in your own team (I have templates if needed) - explaining important aspects of term sheets and share holders agreements - any other question that you wish to understand or get a professional opinion on I support ventures that are in early commercial phase or wish to seek capital to scale-up, in 3 - 5 sessions with follow-up by email to help you develop what you need for a successful fundraise. I have been on the investor side for more than 20 years but also on the fundraising side for my own companies. My academic qualifications includes a PhD in Industrial Economics focused on the scaling of ventures, executive MBA and legal courses in company law.
