I have been leading and managing cold chain distribution, logistics, and supply chain operations for over 34 years, creating value for my organization and my clients. As an operations leader, I am responsible for the operations, financial performance, and customer service of multiple cold chain distribution centers across the region, serving some of the largest and most demanding customers in the food industry. My core competencies include financial and operations management, staff and team development, union negotiations, and process improvement. I am certified as a Supply Chain Analyst by the International Supply Chain Education Alliance (ISCEA) and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt by the Council for Six Sigma Certification (CSSC), which reflect my commitment to continuous learning and excellence. I am passionate about cold chain and logistics, and I enjoy collaborating with cross-functional partners to solve problems and drive innovation.
