I’ve been deep in the employer branding and HR game, leading big-impact projects at companies like Deutsche Telekom, Novomatic Lottery Solutions, and ADP, making sure the work actually delivered results. At Deutsche Telekom, I rolled out three major employer brand transformations across multiple global entities, pulling it off on a tight budget and saving the company €400,000. The work won multiple employer brand awards, helped push Deutsche Telekom to the top as Europe’s most valuable brand, and made the company more attractive to talent by actually improving willingness to apply scores and employer rankings year on year. At Novomatic, I took employee records fully digital, cutting through outdated processes and making HR way more efficient. Over at ADP, I analyzed payroll workflows and freed up 40 hours a week, so employees could focus on actual system improvements, instead of fighting with processes that didn’t work.
