I am a growth-focused executive and veteran​,​ who began my career as a Naval Submarine Officer​,​ where I developed critical leadership and decision-making skills in high-pressure​,​ high-stakes environments. Over the years​,​ I’ve transitioned my experience into the industrial manufacturing industry​,​ where my passion for developing​,​ manufacturing​,​ and selling products and building high-performing teams truly thrives. I also love to leverage the insight from others. As a leader​,​ I’m guided by the principle that life and work should be more than just about surviving; they should be about thriving. A quote from Maya Angelou perfectly captures this sentiment: “My mission in life is not merely to survive​,​ but to thrive; and to do so with some passion​,​ some compassion​,​ some humor​,​ and some style.” This philosophy informs my approach to business and leadership—bringing passion and authenticity into everything I do. Throughout my career​,​ I’ve been fortunate to work with incredibly talented people. I share Steve Jobs’ belief that “It doesn't make sense to hire smart people and then tell them what to do. We hire smart people so they can tell us what to do.” I firmly believe in empowering people​,​ fostering an environment where their ideas can thrive and lead to better outcomes for the organization.
