I am an accomplished C-level finance leader with over 20 years of experience across financial services​,​ SaaS​,​ and multiple tech-enabled sectors​,​ spanning public companies​,​ private enterprises​,​ and startups. I excel at building scalable financial infrastructure​,​ aligning strategy with business goals​,​ and leading high-impact​,​ cross-functional teams through every stage of growth—from inception to exit. My expertise encompasses data-driven decision-making​,​ performance optimization​,​ and strategic planning. Before founding Sapphire CFO Solutions​,​ I was the CFO of AECIQ​,​ a high-growth HRtech firm in the AEC space​,​ and was instrumental in facilitating a successful exit to a strategic buyer. Previously​,​ I served as Managing Director and CAO at InspereX Technologies​,​ formed through the merger of Incapital and 280 CapMarkets—a fintech startup I co-founded and led as CFO and Head of HR​,​ pioneering transparency in the bond market through data and technology. Earlier in my career​,​ I held senior finance roles at PwC​,​ UBS​,​ Franklin Templeton​,​ and WHV Investments. I currently serves on the boards of Third Economy​,​ a leading ESG consulting firm​,​ and its related company​,​ VIA³​,​ a sustainability-focused fintech startup. I am a licensed CPA (California) and a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA). I hold a B.A. in Anthropology from Princeton University and an M.Sc. in Accountancy from San Diego State University.
