I am an international award-winning changemaker​,​ thought leader and Founder and Principal Consultant at ALG Consulting. I bring 20 years of diverse global experience as a workplace human rights lawyer and facilitator in building respectful and collaborative teams and workplaces​,​ gender-based violence prevention and DEI. She has vast experience working nationally and internationally with the United Nations and international aid organizations​,​ in addition to the private and public sector. As a policy advisor​,​ I help organizations develop inclusive trauma-informed policies and processes including policies on harassment​,​ gender-based violence​,​ discrimination prevention and workplace wellbeing​,​ with expertise in reporting mechanisms to build a safer culture. As a facilitator and learning and development designer​,​ I have expertise in building the skills necessary to implement policies​,​ improve empathetic communication​,​ prevent and respond to harassment and discrimination​,​ and manage conflict across difference.
