Previously​,​ I have built a career as a senior commercial marketing leader for international consumer goods and services brands. As the Chief Customer Officer for The Laser Clinics Group​,​ I enabled and drove new digital marketing strategies for the business delivering revenue growth through acquisition and improved retention. As the General Manager​,​ Category & Marketing at Asahi Lifestyle Beverages​,​ I led market share gains​,​ delivered the Revenue Growth Strategy which enabled a +10% CPI and ensured that over 111M bottles would be made with recycled plastic. As the European Marketing Director and Global Head of Marketing Services at Treasury Wine Estate​,​ I achieved 2 years of growth against previous 8 years of decline and relaunched Lindeman’s growing its share in UK​,​ retaining #1 brand position in Netherlands​,​ and regaining #1 position in Nordics. In addition​,​ I held senior executive roles with Mondelēz International​,​ Nestle and Reckitt in USA​,​ UK​,​ Ireland and Australia. Finally​,​ I hold a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing from Nottingham Business School and a MW Mini MBA in Brand Management and Marketing from Mark Ritson​,​ sustainability qualifications from University of Cambridge and have completed the Foundation of Directorship at AICD.
