In my role as VP Engineering at BMC Software​,​ I lead a dynamic team of 500 professionals​,​ specializing in IT operations​,​ Observability​,​ and AIOps products. My hands-on approach ensures that I am deeply involved in all aspects of product development​,​ from conceptualization to deployment. Previously​,​ I spearheaded software development initiatives at Cognizant Accelerator​,​ where I was directly engaged in enhancing user experiences and driving innovation. My tenure as VP of software development at Oracle allowed me to lead the IoT Cloud Service & Applications team​,​ where I was actively involved in transforming ideas into impactful solutions. With over 25 years of experience​,​ I have held leadership positions at esteemed companies such as HP​,​ Mercury Interactive​,​ Attachmate​,​ Netscape​,​ Sun Microsystems​,​ and several startups. My hands-on expertise extends to authoring numerous technical articles and securing three U.S. patents. I hold both a BSCS and an MSCS from the University of Connecticut​,​ ensuring a strong foundation in software development.
