Hello, I'm Caroline T.
I have 28 years of project and programme management experience which spans both the public and private sectors. My years contracting/freelance in the NHS, often supporting multiple clients simultaneously, has strengthened my programme management skillset and ensures individual client deadlines and priorities are met within my wider portfolio of tasks. My early work in systems management prepared me for managing projects that require technical as well as organisational management. This skillset ensures that I can flex to a range of diverse projects from implementing a fast-time response to a national crisis, such as setting up clinics to manage Covid cases, to longer term solutions such as strategic planning. All my roles have involved working with senior stakeholders and require that I empathise with their individual needs, tailoring reporting and project updates to a range of interested partners. I also have a teaching qualification, which I have used to design and facilitate workshops as well as creating support materials for projects I have implemented.

I enjoy any project or programme management tasks. Over my 28 years of experience I have often needed to get up to speed and expand my knowledge of required tasks and I relish learning new information to progress my projects. I particularly enjoyed changing industries from investment banking to the NHS as I believe project management skills are fully transferable and its extremely rewarding applying them to projects in a variety of environments.
