Hello, I'm Hans Jacob Christensen.
My motivation and the entirety of my career has been about building organisations through driving the company strategy through people, creating value for investors and other stakeholders. In Europe and Africa. My strong business acumen and customer-centric perspective dominate my mindset. Twice I have built entire teams from ground up, e.g. twice two entire HR functions in global complex companies. Recruitment has been a predominant part of my work life. I have recruited in 18 countries across Europe and Africa, and on all levels, C-suite, high tech as well as admin. Currently I work as a (fully) remote people & organisational adviser out of Piraeus (and partly Oslo).
