With over 25 years of global experience in operations and organisational management​,​ he has lived and worked in Singapore​,​ Hong Kong​,​ New York​,​ and the UK​,​ collaborating with renowned global agencies such as Ogilvy & Mather​,​ DY&R​,​ Hogarth​,​ Wunderman​,​ and their diverse clientele. Jonathan's expertise spans Business Operations​,​ Administration​,​ Marketing​,​ and Production. He has successfully designed and implemented efficient systems and processes​,​ providing training and development to both team members and clients. In late 2018​,​ Jonathan embraced the opportunity to return to Singapore as the APAC Managing Director for a global creative content production consultancy. In this role​,​ he has been instrumental in helping brands navigate the complexities of marketing​,​ production​,​ and procurement.
