Over three years​,​ we scaled to over 3​,​600 paying users​,​ raised €300K​,​ built a strong brand with 150K+ followers​,​ and developed our mobile app from MVP to full product—all with a lean and execution-first mindset. After exiting daily operations​,​ I shifted focus toward building scalable systems for others. Today​,​ I run an agency that creates custom AI Agents designed to automate repetitive tasks​,​ boost team productivity​,​ and act as real digital employees.
