My career began after completing my degree in Business Administration with a focus on Hospitality and Tourism at IBA Heidelberg. My early positions in personnel placement and consulting gave me a solid foundation for the HR leadership roles I would take on later. Throughout my career​,​ I have taken on increasing responsibility in leading HR functions at companies such as Medici Living Group​,​ Korsch AG​,​ and Kintyre Investments. I’ve successfully scaled teams​,​ implemented performance management systems​,​ and driven strategic HR initiatives​,​ including the growth of organizations and the optimization of HR processes. At Kintyre Investments and SBT Solution GmbH​,​ I combined strategic vision with hands-on operational execution​,​ helping these companies grow their workforces and enhance HR operations. Recognizing the importance of continuous development​,​ I completed advanced courses at Harvard Business School in Organizational Leadership and Leadership Principles.
