With more than 25 years of high-tech industry experience​,​ Shahin Hatamian is an adept business leader and an expert in developing and launching technology solutions for the B2B and B2C markets. As the Chief Product Office for ECI Software Solutions​,​ Shahin was responsible for guiding the company’s global product vision​,​ translating it into strategic roadmaps​,​ and overseeing the creation and execution of all product-related activities​,​ including the transformation of the company to a product-led organization. During his 3-yr tenure​,​ the company grew from $400M to $550M. Prior to ECI​,​ Shahin was the SVP of Products for Mitchell International​,​ where he helped grow a $40M business unit tenfold in ten years. Prior to that​,​ he held national and international level leadership positions with major tech companies such as Toshiba​,​ Conexant​,​ AT&T Wireless and others. His extensive industry experiences spans areas of product development​,​ organizational leadership​,​ business and product strategy​,​ partnerships and global business. His past clients include major companies such as Sprint PCS​,​ HP​,​ State Farm​,​ Allstate and Progressive. Shahin holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Rutgers University with Highest Honors​,​ and an MBA from UC Irvine​,​ where he graduated at the top of his class.
