Hello, I'm Francesca Proietto.

I have developed extensive expertise in corporate​,​ commercial and civil law​,​ with a strong focus on domestic and cross-border litigation and arbitration​,​ as well as drafting and negotiating commercial agreements. My professional career has given me considerable experience within the European legal framework​,​ particularly through my work in France and Scotland. I am also heavily involved in matters relating to artificial intelligence and have a keen enthusiasm for technological advances. I hold the distinguished position of appointed arbitrator and actively contribute as a member of the Civil Justice Commission of the Court of Milan- Company Commission. I am also an integral member of the Observatory of the Court of Milan​,​ where I participate in the design and monitoring of judicial practices and policies in Civil procedure and Artificial Intelligence
