David Moscato​,​ LL.M.​,​ MIoD​,​ TEP David has 25 years of experience in the financial services starting with debt and regulatory advisory inside a US investment bank​,​ legal advisory on structure finance and private equity among different law firms up to different senior management positions in different firms. David was Board member of more than 60 companies​,​ funds and a couple of non-profit organisations. He was a director for regulated companies by the Luxembourg Financial Authority (“Commission de surveillance du secteur financier “)​,​ chairman of a broker dealer regulated by the Financial Services Commission Mauritius and an investment manager regulated by the International Financial Services Commission of Belize. He was elected full member of Institute of Directors​,​ which is a UK-based organisation​,​ incorporated by royal charter in 1903 to support​,​ represent and set standards for company directors​,​ as well as Institut Luxembourgeois des Administrateurs (ww.ila.lu) where is also a member of the Financial Services Companies Committee and committee member of corporate governance commission for unlisted European companies of ecoDA (https://ecoda.eu/) in Brussels. In 2016​,​ Mr. Moscato joined Tawreeq Group as Senior Director and Regional Head for Europe and CIS from Deutsche Bank (Luxembourg) where he held a senior management position.
