Hello, I'm Mary W.

I have over 20 years of legal experience in areas of contracts​,​ intellectual property​,​ and general legal support as a legal administrator and licensed attorney. Currently​,​ I enjoy working in healthcare as an Associate Contracts Attorney for a small startup company. However​,​ I’m eager to expand my knowledge in other areas in support of a growing company while working in a role that is both challenging and rewarding. I’m particularly interested in opportunities that offer substantive legal and commercial contract responsibilities with an emphasis on drafting​,​ negotiating​,​ and executing a wide range of agreements​,​ as well as cross functional work in the areas of compliance and risk management. This position offers what I’m looking for in my career and aligns well with my goals of working in a role that produces long-term and sustainable success.
