Lindley Maglio is an executive coach and Human Resources leader with over twenty years of experience. She partners with C-suite executives​,​ new leaders and high potential employees to help them navigate through corporate challenges and get from good to great. Her direct and honest approach has helped people manage through change​,​ communicate with greater impact and prioritize and delegate more effectively to achieve measurable results. Lindley has built her career in both founder-led and international​,​ matrixed organizations predominantly within the luxury fashion and CPG industries. Most recently she led HR for a professional services firm​,​ where she quickly readied the firm to welcome new PE investors and successfully integrated three acquisitions. Additional key experiences include L’Oreal USA​,​ Christian Dior Couture​,​ Alexander Wang and Thom Browne. Lindley completed her executive coaching certification with The International Coach Federation. She holds a BA from Colgate University in education and sociology.
