Hello, I'm Martijn A.

Martijn is a legal executive with 30 years of international experience in EMEA and APAC. During this period​,​ he has been responsible for any and all types of legal affairs internationally and built​,​ managed​,​ expanded​,​ changed​,​ and optimized legal departments across the globe. He is known for being a practical​,​ pragmatic​,​ solution-oriented businessman​,​ combining legal responsibilities and requirements with commercial- and company-objectives​,​ safeguarding and securing both​,​ and not jeopardizing either of them. Martijn is used to operate in large​,​ medium​,​ small or start-up companies both in stable or matured environments; as well as in fast-growing or hyper-growth situations. Martijn has been primarily working in the software industry in both pre-IPO as well as publicly listed companies and has been part of the (pre- and post-IPO) successes of companies like webMethods​,​ ServiceNow and CrowdStrike. Additionally​,​ Martijn serves as (non-executive) boardmember; advisor and mentor (for example PressPage​,​ Antesz Management and PersonalityWise) and is also co-founder and director of triMar Vision. Most recently Martijn has been doing interim roles​,​ contractor roles and providing consultancy​,​ mentoring​,​ and advice through Dandelion Holding BV.
