Hello, I'm Becky McGovern.

I'm a CIPD-qualified HR leader with a BA in Human Resource Management and 16 years’ international HR experience in technology companies across Engineering​,​ Finance​,​ Marketing​,​ PR​,​ Customer Service​,​ Communications​,​ and Operations functions. From my many years in HR​,​ I have extensive experience in coaching senior leaders up to C-Suite level on shaping and leading their teams​,​ advising on everything from individual performance issues to global company restructures​,​ managing all challenging conversations with empathy and results. I'm comfortable leading teams and partners through complex and often ambiguous issues and challenges autonomously. I have proven ability to influence at all levels within a global organisation up to C-Suite level. I am passionate about developing practical solutions to organisational changes and challenges​,​ ensuring I always strike the right balance between people and process.
