My major accomplishments are: ✔ Saved over $800K in 2022 and $2.5M the year after by introducing a new vendor with the proper skillset​,​ intelligent contracting​,​ and introducing automation. ✔ Saved over $13M by identifying claims processing errors related to COB​,​ SNF claims​,​ retro termination of members​,​ procedures not approved by Medicare​,​ etc. ✔ Implemented TriZetto's Facets core claim systems – accountable for product selection to technical implementation including automation of strategic business processes.
