I have over 20 years of experience leading deep digital transformations for international companies across Mexico​,​ Brazil​,​ Colombia​,​ Honduras​,​ and Peru. It sounds easy​,​ but since I graduated​,​ it’s been a long journey directing projects that have optimized operations and improved efficiency through digital transformation and innovation. Currently​,​ I serve as the Digital Transformation Director at Clase Azul Mexico​,​ where: • I lead strategies to optimize processes. • I oversee the development of enterprise applications. • I develop performance metrics​,​ KPIs​,​ and dashboards. But this is just one of the many challenges I’ve faced. Throughout these two decades​,​ I’ve had the privilege of: ✅ Serving as Project and Innovation Director at Palacio de Hierro​,​ where I drove omnichannel transformation​,​ achieving a 10% increase in online sales within just 18 months. ✅ Acting as Regional IT Director at ABInBev​,​ leading the digitalization of key processes in Mexico​,​ Peru​,​ and Honduras​,​ resulting in an 8% increase in sales. ✅ Managing critical operations as Supply Chain Manager at Telefónica​,​ optimizing processes for over a decade. ✅ Consulting for major companies at Arthur Andersen​,​ contributing business strategies that align technology with corporate objectives. My goal is to help international organizations reimagine how they operate​,​ connect​,​ and grow. Always aiming to align technology with business goals​,​ ensuring that each change is geared toward measurable results. I’ve worked closely with multidisciplinary teams and senior executives to ensure each project has a positive​,​ lasting impact. Beyond work… I love exploring other cultures.
