As General Counsel​/​Corporate Secretary to Linde Engineering North America Inc., a subsidiary of Linde AG, a fortune 500 company, I served as lead negotiator and successfully concluded both domestic and international complex engineering​/​procurement​/​construction contracts, in connection with the custom design and construction of process plants associated with the oil and gas industry, specialty gas producers, chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical (Merck​/​Dow​/​Dupont), and various other industries, including U.S. government contracts and Department of Energy funded projects. Developed standard contract templates for sales proposals, general procurement subcontracting, site construction labor, supply chain, bid solicitation, etc. Provided representation as needed associated with change orders and disputes, and served as lead counsel in 24 lawsuits​/​arbitrations involving Linde suppliers which were successfully concluded either by final judgment or settlement.
