Brand Assessment | Series of Audits Advisor will conduct a series of audits will be conducted over a maximum four (4) week period of time, in the following areas of business: 1. Brand Strategy – Positioning | UVP | Competitive Analysis | Category Assessment 2. Brand Identity – Visual | Brand Expression | Advertising | Digital Footprint | Packaging 3. Narrative – Creative Messaging | Tone of Voice | Brand Story | Digital Footprint 4. Marketing – Activities vs. Efforts | 2023 Review | ROI vs. ROL | 2024 High Level POV 5. Resources – Staffing | Agency Partnerships | Skills | Desires | Gaps | Growth Opportunities Requirement: Access to marketing spend; department overhead expenses and salaries; resource partnerships SOW (scopes of work and spend by agency/resource, inc. metrics for success); measurement, ROI and/or ROAS reports. Deliverable: 1. Final assessment presentation covering all five (5) areas of audit; 2. Options for future path(s) forward with pros and cons to be utilized for discussion purposes, future consideration and/or possible project or retained fee scopes of work Final Presentation | Findings, Options & Recommendations Approximately five weeks after start of advisory efforts, pending alignment upon and receipt of requirements
