The results achieved in my roles are to a large extent impacted by my ambitions and result-driven approach. Results come from the focus on building a deep business understanding combined with business acumen, drive and persistence. My analytical approach allows me to quickly see “the big picture”, and I’m not afraid to make the necessary decisions to achieve the set goals. Mindset is shaped from many years of cross-border management, working internationally with companies in the Nordics and Northern part of Europe. My motivation comes from direct and indirect involvement in the business – preferably a business with a high level of complexity and involving many stakeholders. It’s equally important for me that my areas of responsibility as well as myself are considered as valuable business partners and therefore are a natural part of the business processes and are involved in all major business decisions. I’m very experienced in dissecting the holistic picture and digging into the drains and pains of the company to improve the performance of the business. I have broad experience covering the food and furniture production, service sector, shipping and fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) and I’ve been working with stock listed, family owned and Private Equity owned businesses.
