Throughout my career, I have been involved in several business start-ups, having responsibilities like defining the strategy, business plan and budget of the company, establishing the necessary structures for operations, ensuring the legal framework, building the top management team, coordinating the acquisition and implementation of the IT solution, etc. I directly participated (as Stores Network Director) in the launch and development of the ALTEX business in Romania (the largest retailer of Electronics and Home Appliances - a business over 1.5 billion euros), with the goal of leading the Romanian market. In 2018, I took over (as CEO) the management of Altex Logistic & Distribution (ALD Courier), a company responsible for transport and logistics activities for the ALTEX group, with the mandate to restructure the logistic business model and make the company more profitable. I was responsible too, for building a specialized COURIER Company from scratch within the Altex Group. Another important project was to launch a consumer finance company (CREDEX IFN) from the ground up (as CEO), which included bringing Raiffeisen Bank on board as a shareholder. I was also part of the project team that launched the operations of MILLENNIUM BANK in Romania - another greenfield project. Later, I held various executive roles in RAIFFEISEN Group, including Head of Business Process Management, a role in which I led strategic optimization initiatives across the entire organization. I believe that these experiences recommend me as a results-oriented leader, capable of scaling businesses and managing complex transformations, while having a deep understanding of regulated environments and customer needs
