My services can begin with pre-acquisition IT due diligence (ITDD), followed by jointly developing an IT strategy and roadmap with the management team. I will define the optimal IT operating model for both short-term and long-term goals to enable effective delivery of the IT strategy and roadmap. Additionally, I will transform the current IT setup to the optimal IT operating model by restructuring the existing IT team and coaching and mentoring the IT leadership team to effectively deliver the IT plans including but not limited to ERP, IT security, IT outsourcing, IT shared services, business application delivery, IT Infra & operation, IT service management and etc.
