- Creation of compliance policies and Code of Ethics; - Creation​/​execution of compliance function (Compliance Officer​/​Manager); - Assessment and management of compliance risks; - Education and staff training in ethical matters; - Communication of ethical values​/​information within the company; - Verification of candidates' ethics during employment; - Implementation and application of the internal system for reporting irregularities and conducting investigations​/​Implementation of EU and local legislation on the protection of whistleblowers; - Periodic trainings for potential situations of unannounced external investigations (Dawn Raid); - Management of business risks with third parties (suppliers); - Counseling in accordance with applicable laws and ethical codes in interactions with the health community - when planning interactions and​/​or challenging situations; - Representation of the company at local associations in the field of ethics;
