Brian Royston has over 25 years of experience in corporate finance at both private and public technology-related companies. As a fractional CFO, he has worked closely with the executive team of many technology companies to build a solid bridge between vision and execution. Royston’s strategic financial consulting and financial models have helped his clients raise hundreds of millions in equity capital. Royston also has strong operational best practices expertise and can dive in to conceptualize and build the key systems and infrastructure necessary for a growing company’s success. Prior to consulting, Royston directed the corporate finance group for USWeb as it grew from a small private company to the largest internet-based professional services company in the world with a public company market capitalization of over $2.5 billion. Prior to USWeb, Royston held financial management positions at Madge Networks, PMC-Sierra and Samsung Semiconductor. Mr. Royston received his B.A. in Finance from Texas A&M University and his MBA from Santa Clara University.
