Mr. Nambiar is a global marketing and communications leader with over 17 years of experience across agency leadership, strategy consulting & in-house marketing and communications. He currently leads the communications and marketing function at HN Capital Partners, a Dallas-headquartered private equity group with a focus on luxury hospitality, mixed use development and retail real estate. In this role, he oversees the media and marketing program for the group portfolio, including the Rosewood Mansion, Virgin Hotel Dallas, W Dallas and Dallas Design District. He also owns two separate business in Dallas – in construction and digital marketing, respectively. Prior to his current role, Mr. Nambiar served as Senior Director at Edelman (the world’s second largest communications agency), working across London and Abu Dhabi, UAE. He has also served as Head of Communications at ADNOC Group from 2020-2022, and as General Manager at Golin, one of the top 10 largest global agencies, between 2017-2020. As a global media professional, Mr. Nambiar brings a unique blend of experience across digital marketing, growth hacking, strategic communications, media planning and management consulting in the US, Europe, Middle East and Asia. From 2014-2017, Mr. Nambiar spearheaded global project communications at The World Bank Group based in Washington, DC. In 2023, he served as lead consultant to the UAE Department of Energy on global communications as host nation for COP 28. Mr. Nambiar has been part of over 100 successful campaigns across five continents. In 2019, he was named in ’40 under 40’ Leaders in Media and Marketing by Communicate Magazine. He has also served as honorary Board Member of the Public Relations and Communications Association (PRCA), the world’s largest industry body for Communications professionals, besides being part of the Forbes Communications Council. He has co-founded two technology startups, which he exited in 2020 and 2021 respectively. Nitin holds an MBA from HEC Paris, France. He is also a GRI Certified Sustainability professional.
