Hi, I'm Kaleem, a Chartered Accountant (KPMG trained) and experienced COO​/​CFO with a background spanning AI startups and global non-profits. Currently serving as Fractional COO at a B2B SaaS startup using AI to tackle disinformation, I lead operations, finance, compliance, sales, and fundraising to support scalable growth. I'm passionate about harnessing ethical AI and technology to help people and teams be as productive and efficient as possible. Previously, I was Country Director at BBC Media Action, the BBC’s international development charity that produces media and broadcasts via the World Service to inform and empower communities globally. I led over 100 staff and managed a £5 million portfolio—building systems, responding to crises, winning $3.5 million in new business, and embedding governance best practices in high-risk environments.
