I'm an advisor on matters of business strategy, finance and capital raising​/​allocation with a background as an investor, mostly in media​/​tech businesses. I've been a Wall Street equity analyst and investor in both public and private markets. I've been a board member of two publicly traded companies and several private ones. I've been a contract CFO. I'm currently advising the CEO of a pharma​/​nutraceutical company and teaching two business​/​finance classes at a university in NYC. I enjoy strategizing with management to achieve positive outcomes in sales, operations, expense optimization, capital allocation, IR and business strategy.
