Miguel has over 8 years of multi-sector experience working in M&A, Corporate Finance and Commercial Finance. Miguel began his career spending 6 years in the Corporate Finance teams at Deloitte New Zealand and Deloitte Tokyo, developing a strong foundation in M&A and financial modelling engagements, primarily working across the consumer, retail, industrials and technology & media sectors. After spending two years working in bespoke Commercial Finance and M&A roles, Miguel is currently working as a Manager in the Corporate Finance team at Modoras, Sydney further honing his skills in mid-market M&A and Corporate Finance.
