Rafay Khan is a seasoned operations executive with over two decades of experience in global markets, including the UK, Europe, the USA, and Asia. In his current role as Vice President of Operations at Emles Advisors, Rafay is instrumental in managing the company's operations across the UK, France, Portugal, and the USA. He has consistently demonstrated a strong ability to enhance organisational effectiveness, drive sustainable performance improvements, and align operations with strategic objectives. Rafay's extensive background also includes more than a decade at a Private Family Office, where he held the role of Chief of Staff. His leadership was crucial to the growth and retention of an £85 million real estate portfolio and the successful execution of several high-profile projects. In this capacity, Rafay managed a wide array of responsibilities, including real estate investments, executive transportation, technology implementation, sensitive information handling, and relationship management with high-level government officials and UHNW individuals. His role further extended to media and PR management, overseeing an extensive art portfolio, engaging with auction houses, contributing to the production of documentaries and films, and organizing social and business events for up to 3,000 attendees. Earlier in his career, Rafay led operations at CSD Global, where he directed the recruitment and training of over 1,000 students for the 2012 London Olympics security program. His early professional experiences include roles in QA testing and recruitment with HP, MAM Solutions, and Red Commerce, where he developed expertise in project management, business development, and client relations.
