People Ops Specialist

With over 7 years of experience in People Operations, Employee Experience, and Executive Assistance, I bring a strategic and hands-on approach to optimizing HR processes, enhancing employee experience, and fostering a strong company culture. Currently, as a Senior People Ops Partner at Kittl, I own the contract and lifecycle management for 130+ employees and contractors across 3 continents. I collaborate with leaders to design and implement performance management frameworks, ensure compliance with local labor laws, and coach managers on building high-performing teams in both hybrid and remote-first environments. Additionally, I oversee payroll for German employees and collaborate cross-functionally to guarantee an efficient and scalable workforce planning. Previously, as a Employee Experience Specialist at Hotjar, I curated the company’s internal and external events program, crafting experiences that reinforced company culture for teams and customers alike. With audiences ranging from 10 to 700+ attendees, I developed strong planning, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Earlier in my career, I supported 14 executives as an Executive Assistant, gaining expertise in handling strategic company-wide communication, data-driven reporting, and conflict resolution. My work involved crafting performance reports, managing confidential projects, and ensuring seamless leadership coordination across a globally distributed team. I am fluent in English, German, and French, in addition to being an Italian native and proficient in Spanish. My experience working in international, fast-paced environments has strengthened my ability to align People Ops initiatives with business objectives and drive impactful people strategies.
