Current - Managing Partner​/​Owner of Three Eights Holdings, Inc. which is a specialized consulting group dedicated to implementing the ten year eco-development plan for a local Native American tribe. Currently sit on two NonProfit Boards. Past - Vice President with AHS Staffing, one of the nation’s leading providers of specialized travel, relief, and permanent staffing professionals for any and all medical systems. After acquisitions, was involved in integrating AHS RenalStat, AHS NurseStat, and AHS MedStat into the whole fold of AHSG and grew this vertical from under 100 to over 1700 travelers on pay-roll, all the while change managing. Acquisitions of three nurse staffing companies and the development of a proprietary SAAS platform - were instrumental in transitioning into a business development role (procurement). Team was responsible for bringing in new clients for all workforce solutions that AHSG offered to all of its clients. Starting with the first acquisition of PharmStat, revenue grew from $0 to now $285MM.
