Responsible for creating products that meet the objectives of users and agency partners. From the empathy stage(gathering requirements​/​user problems) to defining them, the ideation stage with stakeholders, engineering team & designers, we then move ahead into developing a prototype that can be tested with the user(s) to validate if it meets or solve their user problem before deploying the product and of course, it doesn’t end there when product is launched as constant iteration is needed to improve it as the user(s) interact with it. All these is done using the Agile process to break it all down into little chunks within sprints.
