I have worked with top-tier firms such as Ramos, Ripoll & Schuster®, and in 2020 I founded ASTER Legal®, a business-focused legal consultancy. Currently, I am part of the legal team at the Administrative Vice-Rectory of the Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara®, advising various business units in industries including hydrocarbons, sports and cultural events, entertainment, IP, professional sports teams, as well as food production, healthcare, and industrial development.
