Extensive experience in the following areas: Delivery of various assets including - strategy docs, organic social, paid social ads, UGC, presentations, case studies, web assets, webpage builds, emails, direct mail, OOH assets, display ads, 3D design assets, AV assets, TVC & cinema, retail print assets. Full creation + management of project plans. Ensuring teams follow the timelines and budget. Daily communication with clients, third parties agencies and internal teams via Slack​/​Teams​/​Zoom. Process improvement: reviewing and improving current internal studio processes to identify any inefficiencies. Proposing new processes and facilitating these changes. Traffic management - weekly capacity planning and daily review and management of team schedule with the use of resource management software, identifying any capacity gaps and filling them, including contacting and hiring freelance resources if needed. Complete set up and training of full teams to use various project management softwares, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, Streamtime & Productive. Tasks included: transferring project data, timelines & budgets onto new software. Creating training guides and process docs and team training. Management and organisation of various files, folders and digital assets on both microsoft servers and google drive.
