Return on Investment (ROI) vs. Return on Labor (ROL)

Return on investment vs. return on labor is a metric all marketing teams should consider. It is often one of the most overlooked areas of opportunity. There is value in saying NO and in the power of NO. What activities should we lean into? What should we walk away from? In this workshop, we will prioritize people and resources, align on strengths, and refine / redefine roles for the greatest organizational impact. We will assess Activities vs. Efforts. On the heels of ROI vs. ROL, we will identify all measurable marketing channels and activities and align on priorities. This workshop may also review marketing spend, department overhead expenses, salaries, resource partnership SOWs (scope of work and spend by agency/resource, inc. metrics for success), measurement, ROI and/or ROAS reports. Participants will leave this workshop with an actionable template for measuring success and team accountability, a one-page scorecard if you will, that provides a quick recap of measurements week over week, month over month, to compare what’s working and what’s not, identify trends, and make course corrections as a team.
