My leadership skills proved valuable whilst working on a project in Ghana. Procurement and logistical problems were recurrent and required my resourcefulness and drive in order to ensure that the project got off to a good start. I lead by example in a collaborative manner and my integrity is key in my leadership style. During the COVID-19 pandemic I led a team through the “new normal” under immense operational and day to day challenges that one finds oneself today. My extensive operations management ensures that I am able to lead through effective planning in order to increase revenue, reduce costs and manage risks. I empower organisations to be adaptable, insightful, collaborative, and agile by implementing proven methodologies, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive successful operations and growth. As an expert in logistics, I solve procurement and logistical with warehouse problems, but my interest in solving problems extends further than the norm.
