Jeff specializes in scaling product organizations to accelerate value creation. He works in four ways: 1) Advisor to C-level executives to lead or support the development of a modern product practice for B2B and B2C service offers 2) Advisor to C-level executives to lead or support the development of successful product strategies 3) Working directly with cross functional teams as the lead (or supporting product owners) to unlock new growth opportunities through market expansion and new product development. 4) Working with value creation teams to lead or support transformation initiatives such as service rationalization, customer experience, and process re-engineering. Jeff brings over 20+ years of experience from his time at Canada’s largest telecommunications provider as well as from previous consulting engagements.
