During the call, we’ll typically cover: • A brief overview of your business and team structure • Any current HR challenges, gaps, or goals you’re working toward • An outline of the services I provide and how they may align with your needs • My approach to working with small businesses and customizing support • Questions you have about my experience, pricing, or next steps There’s no obligation—just a chance to explore whether we’re a good fit. I’ll follow up after the call with a summary and, if appropriate, a proposal or next steps.
