Over 10 years of professional experience on the HR​/​People world; first as Head Hunter Consultant (Executive Search Industry) and​,​ since 2012​,​ working on HR departments in tech companies start-ups and scale-up​,​ such as Social Point​,​ Softonic​,​ Trovit​,​ Zopa and Wallapop. Three years ago I moved to Bilbao​,​ Basque Country​,​ accepting the position of VP of People at Lookiero​,​ being part of the Leadership Team and leading a team of 12 people. In September 2022​,​ I started to work remotely for ioBuilders​,​ a high-tech blockchain company​,​ focus on building fintech and enterprise solutions based on DLT (distributed ledger technology)​,​ as Chief People Officer. I'm a positive and enthusiastic professional​,​ passionate about my job and also about people. I like to connect people with companies​,​ create synergy and achieve a true team spirit and the development of the talent through creative and innovative ideas. I am a firm believer in team work​,​ curiosity​,​ commitment​,​ rigor​,​ learning and the notion of self-development.
