Over 10 years of professional experience on the HR​/​People world; first as Head Hunter Consultant (Executive Search Industry) and, since 2012, working on HR departments in tech companies start-ups and scale-up, such as Social Point, Softonic, Trovit, Zopa and Wallapop. Three years ago I moved to Bilbao, Basque Country, accepting the position of VP of People at Lookiero, being part of the Leadership Team and leading a team of 12 people. In September 2022, I started to work remotely for ioBuilders, a high-tech blockchain company, focus on building fintech and enterprise solutions based on DLT (distributed ledger technology), as Chief People Officer. I'm a positive and enthusiastic professional, passionate about my job and also about people. I like to connect people with companies, create synergy and achieve a true team spirit and the development of the talent through creative and innovative ideas. I am a firm believer in team work, curiosity, commitment, rigor, learning and the notion of self-development. I also believe in diversity and in what people from different backgrounds can bring to a Team and an Organization.
